The homeowners of this beautiful property were faced with the challenge of expanding their living space while preserving the unique mid-century architecture. With their exceptional taste and talent, they decided to add 691 square feet to the front of the house, allowing them to create a hallway, study, third bedroom, primary bedroom and bath, as well as renovate the existing powder bath and utility room. One of the primary objectives of this project was to maintain the mid-century aesthetic of the home.
