We currently build 30 homes a year and continue to grow. These range from affordable starter homes which also make for great rental property to large custom homes. Although our primary focus has switched to residential construction we still work on commercial projects. We have a large commercial rental portfolio that cover shop space, large warehouse and even restaurant space. We also keep a large inventory of available residential lots and commercial frontage ready to build on.
